United States Clients: Appointments are not required for locals and/or USA based companies, walk-in’s are welcome within our business hours. please contact us directly at 305-258-8932 to inquire about deliveries. All shipping orders must be made 48 hours in advance, in order to schedule with trucklines. Valid proof of business is required for all new clients.
Caribbean Clients: due to staff shortages and covid implications, Existing clients must place orders in advance USING OUR current AVAILABILITY only. Orders must be sent by email or placed in office; the showroom is closed. please send your order 5 business days in advance to the pick up date. with this change, we are now scheduling phyto’s for your advance orders. No orders will be filled without a confirmed pickup up date and advance payment. Please email your order email@example.com .
International Clients: Existing international clients must make an appointment to visit. Please email us to request your appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Groups & Tours: For visits of 4 or more people, we kindly ask that you inform us of your visit. For societies and garden tours of any number of people, you may make your appointment via email@example.com . Include in your email the number of visitors, if you wish to purchase or not, and any other pertinent information we may need to know.
